Welcome to Plummer & Snyder, Attorneys at Law. Plummer & Snyder is an owner-operated law firm located just on the periphery of historic downtown Concord, North Carolina. Our two lawyers, Joseph H. Plummer and Zach R. Snyder, enjoy over 45 years combined experience practicing law. We are both committed to serving our clients to the very best of our abilities with honesty, compassion and competency. Plummer & Snyder functions as a “small family” with all staff and both lawyers whom live in-and-around Concord rather than commute from Charlotte. Being embedded in the local community (as we are indeed “locals” ourselves) is integral and essential to our core. We are seen and felt in our local churches, sports events, children’s activities, non-profit organizations and patronizing fellow small businesses: we work, play and pray locally.
Virtually all our clientele is accumulated organically via word-of-mouth referrals from our friends, neighbors, churches, local business leaders, judicial system employees, fellow attorneys and our long-standing loyal clients as we do not solicit business in the mail, on the internet, radio, television nor are we plastered on interstate billboards (ie, we do not chase ambulances); rather, folks with legal needs come to us. We employ no marketing team; rather, folks with legal needs call us or walk into our office where we shake hands and talk to people face-to-face. We only accept a client and their respective legal delima if we truly feel we can provide value and do so very well. If not, we will decline our representation yet carefully refer them to “that lawyer” who we believe will be the best match for that particular client’s needs and yield the best result. We actually like people and appreciate our clients; we strongly encourage in-person appointments as opposed to simply emails or zoom meetings. We do work very hard—we don’t punch 9am-5pm Monday-Friday timecards. We take pride in our work and are intentionally mindful to not take on too many cases so as to not lose close watch, attention and interaction with each client’s needs. We do not use an impersonal third-party answering service/call center; conversely, the lawyers and staff actually pick up each phone call and intimately know each client and their case. We do not work from home/virtually—we work from our actual office.
Plummer & Snyder caters to a diverse clientele, including conversing in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Our law office is conveniently located in close proximity to the Cabarrus County Courthouse with free parking offered to clients. We look forward to the pleasure of getting to know you.
